Additionally, the technician said the inverter only saw 14 of 30 panels but did nothing to diagnose the panels themselves. A technician came and identified the source of the fault. I called again in April to report an error on the REbus of the Generac inverter. I finally called customer support in March to share my concern about the lack of results.
